Carter Bass has been involved with horses since childhood, competing in Hunters, Eventing and Dressage. She has been a dressage instructor for 35 years, and has coached several horse/rider combinations that have received Horse of the Year awards, regional championships and competed at Grand Prix. Carter has been a licensed official with the USEF since 1989, receiving “R” Dressage and “R” Dressage Sporthorse Breeding licenses. She was accepted into the USEF Senior Judges training program in 2012. She is a bronze, silver and gold medalist. [from Horses Daily]
